Booking and Cancellation Policy
As a small business cancellations can affect us greatly
Winter Bookings (July-October)
For whole house rentals of 6 nights or more during ski season, we operate a 30 day cancellation policy
At the time of booking we require 50% of the total amount as a deposit.
The balance is due 30 days before arrival
Summer Bookings (November-April)
During the busy summer season we operate a strict 7 night cancellation policy. We strongly advise having travel insurance as New Zealand’s weather can sometimes play havoc with our roads.
